Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Inaccurate order records and missing items!

Items were missing from my order (again). Items are usually missing from the orders although they say all items have been shipped on the order updates. I have always overlooked this and Cooksmill...

The team member that dealt with your complaint was unaware that a refund had been made to yourself for the missing items. We have emailed you to discuss this with you and are awaiting your reply. We have also trained the team member you spoke too so that this doesn't occur again. We are very sorry your experience hasn't met our expectations of service and hope we can resolve this with yourself.
