Thank you for your review. We are sorry that a couple of your jars were damaged in transit. We do try and package all our orders as thoroughly as possible. In fact we have customers complaining we use too much packaging and it's impact on the environment. Unfortunately even with our best efforts breakages can occasionally occur with breakable items such as glass. We always send a refund quickly to customers when this does occur. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
