Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

A great September break

Great service, especially when the taxi transfer didn't respond. A call to Ben at Cobtours and all was sorted (and I got to climb Roseberry Topping as a bonus!)

Llyn Peninsula from Bangor to Aberddaron

All instructions were clear and walking path is well signposted. We stayed in 3 accommodations and all were excellent. Friendly staff comfortable rooms and great food.

Both beautiful &challenging coastal walk with picturesque places to stay.

Contours were always helpful on the phone, all the luggage transfers worked out well and the notes very helpful and detailed.
