Well organised walking holiday, dogs and humans very happy

Excellent service at all stages I.e. initial booking, rearranging for a later date as a dog was sick, sending information and sorting out a couple of small issues en route

Good morning, As you have opted not to share the details of the dispute, we will avoid specifics. In this case, a party member cancellation before the balance was due required a retained deposit, and with the single supplement incurred, the cost of the holiday did not significantly diminish. We understand the frustration but must stand by our pricing and our terms & conditions. Kind regards, Contours
