How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Apologies for the confusion; our Feefo review form separates feedback on the trail and on our overall service, but we get the impression it's not very clear about that! We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your walk along the Far West of Cornwall leg of the South West Coast Path. Thank you very much for leaving (both!) reviews.

What Richard Thompson said about Contours Holidays:

Fairly tough but excellent walking holiday

All went very smoothly; no problems at all with Contours' organisation. Some days required phoning to arrange collection for transport to accomm. - but all went without mishap, including my baggage...
