Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for sharing your magical snaps from the trail - those skies are very impressive. We agree that the West Highland Way is a particularly popular trail, and that anyone booking it should expect to see quite a few other walkers on the route. Peak season must be booked at least a year out, which naturally pushes a lot of walkers into (what would be) the shoulder season, to the point where if the weather is nice enough to walk, you can expect several other people to be doing so. That said, the trail is popular for a reason, so it's still well-worth the adventure!
