Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Easy to contact actual human!

Was great speaking with them, easy to get through and so helpful and friendly, then when I sold my property I needed to cancel and again was very pleased with them. Definitely would use them again.
