Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Call Centre in South Africa- which didn’t seem-to have a lie about boats

Good prices- however ended up with a call center and 45 minutes and then when the payment was taken- policy issued it was full of mistakes ( shoreham by sea ) for example shoreham by C .......

Patient and made things easier to.understand

The person I spoke to was extremely patient with me when completing the forms. Also explained certain points I didn’t understand very clearly. I would certainly recommend them.

Worked well until they took their money ....

Worked well until they took their money - since then l have been trying for ages to get documents downloaded, one link doesn't work - asked 3 times via email & twice via their 'chat' system, neither...
