We love a five star review :) We did look into a visualiser, but found that with thousands of available products on our site, it just wasn't practical. The technology out there at the moment is very limited, with not much scope for using multiple font size, weight or selection within the design window. The sites that use this kind of visualising software tend to either have a fairly limited selection of products, or much deeper pockets :). With a visual request we have the scope to play with the design to find the right fit. By allowing our customers to see the design before it is engraved or printed, they have the chance to request changes. They can also request a template and submit their own designs. As for the size of the engraving, we have to take the size and shape of the item into account. In this instance we took the engraving to very near the maximum width. On an angled surface the text has a tendency to 'smile' or 'frown' when applied. The longer the line, the greater the curve. Had you selected to see the design, this is the conversation we would have had with you.
