How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

yes I would use them again, I wanted to book a meal for my son in law and my daughter for his birthday but then we had lockdown, so it is on hold until we are able to move about freely again!

Yes. We know that C Virus things are difficult. We need to support businesses. We are pleased that City Cruises kept us informed and made it easier for us not to cancel and ask for a refund.
