Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

* Flight and transfer fine. * Savoy Palace - Nice hotel - we knew we would not have lake view but were not advised that the room overlooked the busiest and NOISIEST road on west side of Lake Garda!...
