We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The RRP of the book is clear and transparent and gives the publisher, editor, contributors, designer and all involved a small but reasonable return on the work involved. We feel that is the right approach - otherwise we would be out of business in 2025 - happily many agree and the book is selling very well. Hope to be of service again soon. Happy new year!

Many thanks for your order and the comments. We will pass them on to our supplier. Regarding packing, we use plastic to ensure that the wafers do not get wet in transit. This is not ideal but at least it keeps them safe and dry on their way to you. Hope to be of service again soon.
