Thanks for the order and the feedback. Apologies for this - and we do now have this book back and we will process the refund asap. This was returned to us as ‘refused at customs’ - which is rare. We do use couriers for larger orders but the cost of sending one small book via any other courier would be around triple the current costs and we would need to pass those costs on to customers. We can see that you have ordered before but can’t trace any other returns / correspondence about anything going wrong. Our customer services team will be in touch, thanks again.
