Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Conny I've checked the policy and can see renewal terms were sent 23/10/2021, 27/11/2021 & 10/01/2022. Not sure why you didn't receive the 27/11/2021 copy which would have been the reminder. Regards Vicki
