Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I'm also sorry we are unable to accommodate your request to change the date shown as your original join date. If you still feel uncomfortable about the way you are being asked about how long you've been a member, I'd like you to invite you to a complimentary group call with our founder and managing owner of the company. He conducts these calls the second Tuesday of every month. While normally it's limited to those who are members of the Dream Filipina coaching program, if you call between now and the 11th of this month and mention this online feedback, we'll allow you to participate at no charge to have him personally go over this important issue with you.

Problem has never been corrected i have no video chat . I've never had video chat VIDEO CHAT HAS NEVER WORKED..SINCE I STARTED. yes I call to complain. The girls will admit they tinker with something several times it works at the time and get off phone doesn't work.anymore. I'm tired of complaining.
