Hi Stephen,
Thanks for your recent comments. We deeply apologise for the time it took to speak with a member of our call centre staff and can assure long holding times is very rare within our organisation. We can see from our records that a senior member of staff has since spoken with you and explained the reason for our administration fees in great detail, we had reduced your fee on this occasion.
The refund has been chased and you can expect a call shortly to provide further updates.
Kind regards,
Lucy

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.
