Easy to find what I was looking for and very quick delivery although I did think delivery cost was a bit steep the product price was good and it did come the next day so all in all very happy.
Spoken directly with the customer - we agreed that this doesn't warrant a negative reply and very difficult to judge your Chimney from ground level. We are always available (around the clock too) if you would like to discuss your requirements, we pride ourselves on our customer relationship and after sales service.
The Standard Terracotta Chimney Rain Cowl fits flues and pot sizes from 125mm (5") to 250mm (10") internal diameter with the umbrella lid going to 300mm (12") external diameter.
Kind regards
Kerry
