How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Usually very good for parts.

Had some parts I needed but could not supply all.Did not offer to check at Poole branch as I would have been happy to pay a postage had they done this. Could be something worth trying ?
