I am sorry to read your feedback. I checked your customer journey with our company and I can confirm your order was fulfilled within the promised time. You contacted us 30 days after your purchase to report the problem and you received a response within 24 hours from contacting our team.
I reviewed the photos sent when you first reported the breakage. The link was broken not at the clasp but on the chain. Although it was close to the clasp (about half inch), the part which was broken was the link. The close up photo provided showed the damage to the metal which could only have been caused by accidental pull.
We do what we can to help everyone however I would not be able to argue a manufacturing fault with factory for a chain damaged by pulling force. We suggested you to seek a local jeweller for repair because the cost of postage alone would be higher than the cost of the repair itsef.
If you don't want to repair your necklace, we can offer an over the market price for the weight of your existing jewellery as a credit towards a new purchase.
