Hi There, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent order with us, and sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service. I can see you placed the order on our website on the Saturday morning, which would have detailed the delivery due date to be Tuesday, as we only process the orders Monday - Friday between 9am and 530pm. I can then see, from the tracking, this order was received on Tuesday, at 1143am.

Delivery Contractor not the best

The delivery company are hardwork and I will use another supplier going forward. Cartridge Monkey are fine prices competitive. Delivery slots of all day up to 10pm don't work for us.
