Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The delivery driver was very accommodating He turned the vehicle round so he could deliver over the wall in the front garden. Was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Top man!

Everything nice, service okay but... still don't have the invoice... it should come automatically after order online but it's not. Asked for invoice via email, no response 😑
