Hi Lauren, sometimes transit times are pushed out due to a number of reasons that we cannot predict, and we apologise for the delay. I checked your job, and I can say that we replied to every one of your 7 email withing 2 hours of receiving them (most within one hour), so I do not understand how you can say that we "do not reply to emails"!

We apologise for the delays in moving your car, but the tracker service can only report on what the carrier tells us. When the tracker says it will be delivered by the end of the week, and then the very next day you ask for an update, do not be surprised if the answer is the same...

Our customer service operators are not required to talk to abusive customers that swear and abuse them, so they may have come off as "less than helpful". You booked the transport yourself online, and did not choose the delivery option, which is what we tried to explain to you when you became abusive.

Hi, looking at the email thread on your job, you were kept informed every step of the way, even when there was a few hour delay while we waited for the carrier to get back to us, we let you know that too.
Our tracking service is by email only, so if you called the booking office looking for tracking information, you would have been pointed to the email service.
