I had a great experience in booking my holiday. Laura could not do enough for me, she was friendly and polite and sent out my itinerary next day.

I booked the Flying Scotsman experience and paid but have been disappointed that so far we have received no email regarding our booking. In the past everything went smoothly but not this time

I had to telephone for more information regarding a tour, the lady that helped me was really pleasant and helped me to choose my break.

Easy to book

Holiday looks to be good value. Fine web site with good search engine. Some minor bugs in software, but there again, as a professional, I’ve never yet seen a perfect site.

I was struggling to complete the booking on line but with assistance through facebook and phone rep the booking went thrpugh without any problem
