Booking early not only guarantees availability before a tour sells out, but also offers the opportunity to secure specific rooms types at the resort hotel and specific seating arrangements on the coach. Could I please ask going forward that when booking if you advise us with regards to issues with your knee and hip, if it is necessary to merge coaches and move seats we will do all we can to ensure your booking requirements are fulfilled. In terms of your previous holiday if a driver is instructing to clients to sit where they like I would encourage you call our office and this will be addressed immediately. Your specific allocated seats are reserved throughout the duration of your break.
