Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

Dear Mr Mabon, thanks for your feedback. I can see from your booking that your booking confirmation was emailed to you on 11/07/2021 at 14.21 when the booking was made. The confirmation includes your pick up point and time and acts as your ticket. Please check your spam/junk folder for this. and let us know if it has been received.
