Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Oh no, we are SO gutted to have lost our 5 star streak due to an issue you had with Royal Mail's delivery delay as we sent it with plenty of time. We are so pleases you were happy with our customer service as we really pride ourselves on that. I can't count how many times some of us have turned 49 haha!
