How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good afternoon,
Thank you very much for your feedback, I have tried to call earlier but I was unable to get an answer and there was no voice message option available. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any offers upon purchasing other than relevant offers that are available at the time and I can only apologise for any confusion surrounding this. If we send items out that are damaged or defective, we will replace them free of charge. However, we were unable to do this in this instance as the damage occured after delivery.
