How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Late goods and poor comms

I ordered it on 14th dec and it hasnt arrived yet by 6th Jan, nor have I been sent any communication update about it. So as of the current situation I would not recommend.
