Hi thank you for your feedback which we very much appreciate. We apologise if the sheets were damaged on arrival. I have checked and we have not received any request for the items to be returned. If the damage is reported within 2 days of receipt we would have been more than happy to replace the products for you.

I am sorry you were unhappy with the way this product was delivered. We try to ensure that customers are made aware of how these types of products are delivered. Unfortunately due to this being delivered on a pallet the drivers are unable to pull over gravel.
