Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi there, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy that we were unable to assist you with loss of business due to Covid. Our Business Interruption cover specifically relates to Buildings damage. Some examples of the Buildings damage BI cover we offer are; fire, lightning, explosion, storm. In the event of damage to buildings by these causes that leads to a prevention of access of the building we will be able to look at a claim. If you feel this section of cover no longer meets your needs we can remove this free of charge or, if you would like to discuss this with us in further detail please call us on 0345 070 1064. The score would have been 5 ⭐️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟 however it took me several attempts to get through by phone and on 2 occasions I held on for almost half an hour but still didn’t get through.
