Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

No frills. No nonsense.

Not perfect, but compared to other 'bigger' players, BridgeCrowd are one of the more straight-forward 'P2P' platforms out there - no frills and no nonsense. Recommended.

Large minimum investment.

I have not invested any money in Bridge Crowd because of the large minimum investment needed. I prefer to lend lots of small amounts to minimise risk.

Hi Trevor, After reviewing your account, we can see that you have invested in 5 loans, of which 3 have been fully repaid. You currently have 2 loans that are overdue. However overdue loans are part and parcel of bridging. Please remember you are earning a higher interest rate of 1.1% per month whilst these loans are overdue, you will recieve this on a successful full redemption. Often, the repayment plans of these loans are often the sale of the property, and this can take longer than the borrower expected. Our last years figures show that 76% of our loans repay on time and 24% repay over the term date. Of the 24% that repay late, 79% of them repay within 3 months over being overdue, 13% repay within 12 months and 8% pay within 18 months of being overdue Please remember that you can always sell your loans on the secondary market, 30 days before the loan term end date. We note that you chose not to and decided to remain invested in these particular loans. Many thanks

We send new loans out on a Friday afternoon. If you log on at that time you should be able to invest in the loans.
