Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Ireland...so much more than I imagined!

Everything was made so easy for us to simply enjoy and explore! Never an issue and the hotels were beautiful with excellent service. Everything was documented so we knew exactly where to go.

Trip could have been amazing if Brendan had been more accommodating.

Still upset that I received no compensation from getting sick on the trip because we were forced to sit next to a sick member of our group. And we had trip insurance.
