This item doesn't work waiting for it to be collected (only a week so far) to be checked so disappointed.

Good afternoon, i completely understand your frustrations as we have been in constant contact via email regarding the collection. I'm really sorry to see your feedback rating, we are doing everything we can with DHL to resolve this for you and have even replaced the pond vacuum for you before getting your original one back and confirming the fault. We are really sorry for the collection failures with DHL and as you know this is still being dealt with, but your new vacuum should have arrived by now. This is showing as being delivered on 26th March, we haven't had any direct communication from you to say this hasn't been received and we have a POD from DHL.
