Usually good. My last order which included oxygenating plants was not good. The plants were in a plastic bag and were a black smelly mush. I sent an email but heard nothing back. Not good.
Great products used them numerous times always good service never had to contact them for any problems so in my view that's because of quality of items which is what you want when purchasing items
