We are very sorry to hear this. Usually due to shallow services under ground, a full telescopic bollard cannot be installed. However we carry with us removable versions of the same model bollard for when situations like this occur. The removables are the same height, thickness and overall specification, but do unfortunately need to be lifted out completely when not in use. The telescopic R8 is currently on sale at £710 but the removable version is still at its original price of £708. We apologise for this admin error and not informing you of the change with an updated invoice, nor refunding you the difference (although a very minor £2).
We are happy to rectify this situation but rest assured the R8R is still one of the highest security models to keep your property secure.
