Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi, We only stock 2 PALS products (PALS Platinum and PALS Platinum Blue). I can see from your account that you ordered the PALS Platinum Blue which are the sensitive electrodes with the blue gel. This would be in a silver package and then in a clear outer package. So as you've received the blue electrodes, these are the correct ones and the same ones we have been stocking ever since picking up this product. I hope this helps! We are not entirely sure what you mean by "the two are hooked together" as this doesn't sound like the way they are supposed to be packaged in the silver packaging. The quality of our electrodes have not changed over the past few years, this sounds like there may have been packaged incorrectly.
