Dear Gavin, thank you very much for your assistance in solving the issue. You were ready to send me a replacement order immediately when the original package arrived.
Unfortunately it took long (over a month) to come, but now I know it's due to post issue during Christmas time.
Goods have arrived and they meet the requirements.
