We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Probably as good as it gets

As a newcomer to bicycle insurance I did my homework first and found several companies who either offered very little, gave extortionate quotes or worse still, both. Bikmo appeared to stand out from...

Excellent, responsive and no nonsense service.

These are cyclists who do insurance, not insurance brokers who try to cover cyclists with little understanding. They are helpful, straightforward &, as far as I can tell, honest. Great service so far.
