Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great stuff - Recommended.

Dead easy. Competitive quote, clear options, and a straightforward process to buy. Good info about what was included and the T&Cs of the policy (locks etc).

Pleasant enough buying experience

Interacted only through the website but it was an intuitive simple experience.... had to work out some of the detail by exploring the site, hence 4 stars, but on the whole was a pleasant enough...
