Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Poor transparency

- Insurance started on 22:55 on the day selected according to the insurance schedule. This wasn't mentioned anywhere until after payment. - Wasn't clearly stated that the contract is for 12 months

Apologies, this was a timing display issue that has now been resolved, but would not have affected your cover. We do give the option of paying your annual premium in one lump sum or interest-free monthly payments, but apologise again if this wasn't clear that it is an annual policy.
