Scam!
Scam! Im still waiting for my refund! They said cancellation was 21days but tet refuse to cancel! Have to go through my bank! Scam!

Big Cat Travel Insurance is not a "scam" and our reviews reflect that.
All policies have a 21 day Cooling Off Period in which you can cancel the policy and receive a full refund, provided you have not departed your home country. (We are only required by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide a 14 day cooling off period)
It is assumed that you depart your home country on the start date of the policy and as you requested a refund 5 days after the policy had started, you were informed no refunds can be made.
Whilst we have no obligation to offer any refunds outside of the Cooling Off Period or when travel has commenced, in this instance we have offered a full refund as a gesture of good will.
