I spoke to a very polite gentleman on the phone when I booked this.
I never had to claim, so I can't comment if they pay up. Would use again.

It would appear that Big Cat have met all of the requirements for my volunteering abroad insurance. I can only recommend Big Cat if I have to make a claim and will be able to rate this company then.

Top quality insurance. Must buy!
