How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Inpost are very bad 👎

Perfect draft are really good but inpost delivery are very bad 👎 Perfect draft would be perfect if they used a different company to handle deliveries

Continuous Delivery Issues

Until PerfectDraft sort out repeated issues with delivery issues with InPost I can only give 2 stars. Last order was supposed to arrive on the Monday after ordering in the Saturday but didn’t turn up...
