Because no two stairs are the same it follows that every home is different when it comes to installing a stairlift. Our customer support team in the showroom can only advise on stairlift options up to a certain point as they do not have the benefit of seeing your stairs.The showroom has a wide variety of stairlift models on display and I can honestly say that we would never pressure anyone into buying a stairlift that was not suitable for their home.
Our stairlift engineer who carries out the home assessment is the person best placed to advise you and your wife as he will take a 3D survey of the stairs that provides a mm perfect measurement which in turn is used to recommend the stairlift best suited to your particular stairs.
I can see from our records that the survey is yet to be completed. If you book the survey I can guarantee you that all your questions will be answered to your satisfaction.
