Beadlecrome Interiors Adolygiadau

Good Afternoon Mr Maidment,

Thank you very much for your glowing review! It is wonderful to hear how happy you are with our service and we hope to see you again in the near future!

Good Afternoon,

Thank you very much for your review of our service. We do have a fantastic selection of Hulsta Furniture on display and there are multiple options  and finishes available.

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We are pleased to hear we were able to resolve this to your satisfaction, by agreeing to take back the original mattress you ordered, and ordering and delivering a replacement mattress.

Dear Mrs Lea-Cox,

We are very sorry that you were not happy with the delivery experience. In this instance, as the sofa was awkward and unsafe to carry into your home packaged, it was unwrapped in the delivery vehicle prior to bringing into the room.

A new part was ordered to replace the marked leg and was successfully replaced by our delivery team. We are concerned that you did not receive the care instructions for your furniture as this is normally attached to the delivery note, of which we have the copy you have signed. We can confirm a copy of the care instructions were posted to you directly.

Good Afternoon Ms Byron,

Thank you very much for your feedback on our service, and 5 star review!

Good Afternoon Mrs Ormsby,

We really do appreciate your feedback, and taking the time to review our customer service. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
