Poor workmanship of the cabinet with dust from retrofitting of speakers etc and an option from customer care was to clean it myself. Hmm £400 mirror you have to clean yourself from a bad installation.

Hello, I have recieved the new cabinet after a mix up with the deivery dates etc. I now have a working cabinet and all the fitting kit. The headphone socket is still wobbly and not fixed correctly and I can still see a wire in the bottom right light. I haven't tested the headphone socket yet, but the main thing was the bluetooth speakers worked. I still need to mount the unit and see if the demister works. It was also packaged better this time, so not sure what happened the first time. I would think at nearly £400 this should be perfect but I'm not going to return for this small problem, but I do believe the quatlity should be checked thoughly before sending to a customer.

Hello Adrian, Thank you for letting us know you have received the new item with out any damages or missing parts. Quality control will definitely be looked into as you should not of received the first unit as you did. I understand that you have still got a few smaller issues with this unit which i can only apologise on behalf of the company for this. Please note the issue of the wire showing through the light can be easily solves as sometimes it is just a case of the cable moving during transportation. If you remove the side panel where you see this, screws top and bottom directly in line with panel, you can pull the panel away and push the wire over out of the way of the frosted area and then it should not be seen.
