Thanks for the explanation on the product concerned and that should not happen and you should not accept inadequate product and we will resolve this for you. I will today send you a pair of the new version of the gloves that are a little more substantial in structure and designed to be warmer too and are sized a bit better as well. The very nature of the gloves is to make them as minimalist as possible but provide adequate thermal defense but keeping the seams as small as possible. In fairness to UA, the very nature of such construction can lead to seams being too closely sewn and occasional failures and they have always responded very well when there has been a genuine product failure which is extremely rare. I'll send you another pair today and see how you go with those. If you can repair the others, please keep them with our compliments and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
