How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your detailed and lovely feedback! We’re so pleased to hear the booking process was easy and that confirming the details in advance helped everything run smoothly. It’s great to know Nigel was right on time for your early start and that Neil was waiting for you on your return — we’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to them both. We’re delighted your airport transfer was hassle-free and look forward to helping with your next trip!

Clean, modern and comfortable coach

This was a late booking. The tour was full and we were on the wait list when a place became available on 20 October. All sorted very quickly by phone with the full amount paid at the same time.
