This is the 3rd head cover I have purchased from Babouche, the first two almost 3 years ago are both still in very good conditition. This one is for a new hybrid when it arrived it was every bit as good as my previous purchases. I would have no problem recommening the range of Babouche products.

Not yet received the product even though it was sent out nearly two weeks ago. I would never have ordered it if I had known they were using Evri as their delivery service . A truly awful Company...

Hi Cynthia - I can see that your head cover has now been delivered. We switched from Royal Mail last year due to their strikes - Evri has worked perfectly for us over 100s of orders since then. I'm truly sorry that you have experienced an issue, which is out of our control. There are other alternatives that we could use, but I'm afraid that our customers will not pay for the additional costs.

The cover has now arrived and it has been enthusiastically received. The product is excellent but the delivery service was poor. Evri’s réputation regarding deliveries in the north of Scotland is very poor. Perhaps they perform better further south. However, the club cover is very nice indeed and beautifully made and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

An excellent, well made product which has been enthusiastically received . A nice touch was including some tees. It was worth waiting for, if a little irritating that the delivery company was not as efficient as the Babouche obviously is.
