As you say, you placed an order on the 6th – last Friday. I see from our records that it was placed at 6.46pm. Your golf tees were despatched the next working day – Monday 9th – I know because I pack every parcel myself and I dropped the parcel off. I’m sorry to hear that you felt the need to give me a negative review because I’m not sure how I could have handled the order any differently, or any quicker.
